$1187.08 monthly rent for UW students only, non students rent is slightly higher. Garbage and sewer is included in rent, free ethernet if UW student. (only one person on lease has to be a UW student to receive discount & free ethernet). I free designated parking space with rent. I am looking for someone to take over my lease that ends Sept 30th 2010. If you sign now you don't have to pay any deposit AND you get my deposit I paid at the time of signing back in September- $250. Very nice neighborhood, quiet, pet and family friendly. Management is awesome, very helpful and friendly work orders are completed same or next day and they keep the grounds very well maintained. Washer and dryer in unit, carpets and high ceilings. 2 levels. Downstairs has the living room, kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal, and dining room. Upstairs is both of the bedrooms (1 is HUGE and has view of Lake Washington) bathroom, and washer and dryer. RIGHT next to Magnason park, bus routes served within 5 minute walk are the 30, 71, 74, 75. Right down the street from Children's Hospital.
